Affectionately known as “Research Mom,” I’m a doctoral candidate in Health & Behavior Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University. I fuse my research with the communities I am part of and serve. I’m passionate about the holistic health and wellness of Black girls and women. I utilize my research to facilitate pathways for Black girls to thrive in everything they do and for Black women to live well.
